Kasia Hein-Peters, MD

Kasia Hein-Peters, MD, is a doctor with 30 years of experience as a clinician and executive in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and digital health industries. Kasia believes that healthcare should be equally accessible to all and throughout her career has been focused on removing barriers to access. She held medical affairs, market access, and commercial roles. She oversaw the launches of several first-in-class medications and vaccines, which profoundly changed the standards of care. Overall, Kasia launched 4 different vaccines (HPV, meningitis, dengue, and hexavalent pediatric vaccine) and developed expertise in evidence-based, persuasive vaccine communication and objection handling.

Currently, Kasia coaches life science entrepreneurs on how to develop strong brands, launch new products, develop effective communication, and scale up their businesses. Kasia is an advisory board member, a mentor in incubators, and a fractional chief medical officer in life science startups.
