What you'll get

You chose to be a health professional because you want to help people get better. However, sometimes you just struggle to facilitate any improvements. This could be especially frustrating if your patient needs to engage in some form of behavior change.

In this section, you'll learn or refresh your memories about the ways to structure your messaging with patients. The goal? Making sure you benefit from empirical research evidence for patient communication effectiveness.
